Content AI Alert Box Problem still not resolved after 3 months in a row

    You guys closed the last ticket (Content AI Alert box) before issue was resolved. However, the problem still persists after 3 months in a row. This is a problem and annoyance. If I use my credits in the first few days i don’t have access to any of the past information that i purchased until the next month. This is very poor user/customer experience! Hopefully this feedback helps to come up with a “permanent” solution for others experiencing this same issue.

    This absolutely doesn’t fix the issue. It just temporarily removes the box blocking the content AI information provided. Plus the content AI information (word count, link count, heading count, media count) is the same for every credit used. 1518, 27, 8 and 14 are provided for each article the content ai credit was used on.

    This issue was fixed at the end of last month on version 1.0.215.1 of the Free plugin: https://rankmath.com/changelog

    Please make sure that you update the plugin to the latest version, currently 1.0.217, to resolve the issue permanently on your website.

    Plugin is updated to the latest version. Think this is third time I was told that the issue was previously fixed. Unfortunately the issue has not been “permanently” fixed. Hence, I’m still having the same issue for 2-3 months in a row after the “fix”.

    Unfortunately you’ll have to take another route to fix the issue. The issue seems to be with your plugin/App and the content AI.

    Absolutely will not provide access to the back end of my website again. If you can’t fix the issue from your plugin’s end use this feedback to find a solution that corrects the issue which other users are facing or may face in the future.
