Could you please share the email address you used to purchase Rank Math PRO so that we can investigate further?

Since you have purchased the PRO plugin from an unofficial site we can’t provide support for it. Using nulled plugin can cause issues on your site and that must be the reason that Content AI is not working when the PRO plugin is enabled. You should disable the PRO plugin to use the Content AI or purchase it from our site if you want to use the premium features. https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-nulled/
