Unfortunately, I’m afraid I could not replicate this issue on my end, We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

It looks like you are running an outdated PHP version.
Is it an option to update to at least PHP 7.2?
You can get in touch with your host so that they can help with this.

canceled updates, unfortunately the php version is not full, the site partially stopped working, returned it back, I’ll try to transfer it to another server

after moving the server from php 5.6 to php 7.2 the problem disappeared, thanks
