Connecting to search console

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues connecting your website to the Rank Math plugin. If you have manually added your website to Google Search Console and are waiting for the data to come through, you can connect your website to the plugin by following these steps:

1. Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics in your WordPress dashboard.
2. If you haven’t already created and verified your website property in the Google Search Console, Rank Math will automatically do this for you. Once done, you should be able to see your website listed under the Site drop-down list in the Search Console section.
3. Under the Site drop-down list, choose the corresponding URL property for a smooth Analytics experience.
4. Select your Site and Country from the drop-down lists.
5. Click on the Save Changes button once you have made the changes.

To resolve this, you can skip the Google connection process in the Setup Wizard.

You would need to have a verified Google Analytics and Google Search Console property, if you do not have, please follow the attached link to create one.

Also, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
