Connecting RankMath to my website

    Hi support I am getting an error connecting/Activating for some reason to webuildsites.com.au

    When I first migrated from All in one SEO it worked, but then it comes up with this error. Please see screenshots. In which it asks me to connected, then I click Ok, Activate now and then goes to a screen that says “not available”.

    Any help would be appreciated as I plan on upgrading to pro version soon.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General and make sure there are no mismatches in the WordPress URL and Site URL in those options.

    ​​​​​​​If you have different website URLs in there, that would explain the error message as they need to match for the connection to happen correctly.

    I tried all that sorry and it doesn’t work.

    Including making sure URLs are the same.

    Checking for conflicting plugins – there are none.

    Also modifying the wp-config file with the suggested, but still doesn’t work.

    Hello,

    Please add the following filter to your theme’s functions.php file and reconnect your account after that:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/registration/do_url_check', '__return_false' );

    If the issue persists even after that, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
