Connect ny content AI subscription to my website with RM Business

  • Hi RM Team,

    My SEO consultant installed RM Business on my site jobcatcher.ai

    Before I registered myself on the RM website with g***********@g******** (UN Gerd Graumann) I have subscribed to content AI yesterday (I used also g***********@g********), and didn’t get any email from RM, only from PayPal with the FastSpring details on it. See below for the details.

    When I look at my account on the RM website, I don’t see my content AI subscription there.

    On my jobcatcher.ai site, I don’t know, how to set it up with my account and content AI either.

    When I go to the dashboard/help, I see that my account is currently connected (I assume to my SEO consultant business account) and the button gives me the option to disconnect.

    What should I do to get this all working and keep the business account subscription level license, that I currently have installed on my site through my SEO consultant?

    Hi, when I go to the RM website in my account, no website or content AI subscription is displayed.
    I already sent you the PayPal payment details before.
    You suggested to disconnect RM on my website and reconnect again to g***********@g******** currently, I suppose it is connected to the account of my SEO consultant and offers me the business license. Would I lose this, once I disconnect and reconnect to my RM account? And if I keep it connected to his account, how would I connect this with my Content AI license.
    Where would I even find my license, which it also not showing up on my RM account?

    It seems like you purchased the Content AI with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Perhaps I mistyped my email instead of g***********@g******** using accidentally g***********@e********

    Can you find the transaction internally when you use the PayPal information that I have attached to this support ticket?

    We do see the Content AI subscription purchased for the mistyped email you mentioned (g***********@e********).

    In this case, we can transfer or merge that account to your correct account.

    However, please note that you can only connect one Rank Math account to a website. You can’t use the Business license from an account and the Content AI from another account at the same time.

    You can either transfer the purchased Content AI plan to your agency or get them to purchase one and assign those credits to your website if you wish to continue using the Business plan and Content AI altogether.

    My SEO consultant didn’t want to share his account info with me, so I could not connect his account with my subscription. I added my website to my personal account on the Rankmath website. On my WordPress site, I disconnected and reconnected, but the content AI didn’t activate. Still get the paywall banner display.

    The Business subscription and Content AI subscription need to be on the same account.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
