Unfortunately, that isn’t possible at the moment, you need to turn on the Analytics module to get the benefits of auto submissions and other automated features and the Analytics Dashboard will always be shown.

However, if your client has non-admin rights, you can make use of our Role Manager to control what displays on the dashboard for your non-admin users: https://rankmath.com/kb/role-manager/
