Connect Google Services ( Search Console and Analytics )

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of our plugin: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

Once you have updated the plugin, please follow these steps to reconnect Rank Math with your Google account and grant all the necessary permissions:

Please check to make sure that you have verified Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties, if not follow the attached link to create one.

Make sure that you’ve connected the correct Google account and not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

Afterwards, ensure that you have allowed all the required permissions. Please follow these steps to do that:

1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

2. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

Allow all the permissions on the next screen.

This should fix the issue but if not, then please check your site’s configuration if there are some PHP values that are too low and that you should increase. This can cause your analytics dashboard to be blank or grey. You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values (if not yet):

PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

Once done, please follow the steps to reconnect Rank Math with your Google account and grant all the necessary permissions as above.

It seems that you haven’t added the URL prefix version of your site in your Google Search Console account.

In this case, please follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property
https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console

Then reconnect your site on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
