    Hi Support-Team,
there is a conflict with plugin “vitual event” – an addon for “the events calendar”.
If RankMath is activated, the event page with virtual event shows this error:

Method deprecated with no replacement. events-virtual-admin.min.js?ver=1.7.1

Uncaught Error: Block type ‘tribe/virtual-event’ is not registered.

The error persists also, if i dectivate all modules in Rank Math. Deactive the plugin Rank Math, than virtual events are ok.

    Do you have a solution?

    Thanks and best regards

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please let us know what are the steps you did to generate that error?

Also, please ensure that all of your plugins including your theme are in the latest version. You can also try to change to a default theme (example: Twenty-Twenty) and disable all of your plugin except The Events Calendar, Virtual Events and Rank Math plugin. See if the issue persists. You may turn on troubleshooting mode so your users won’t be affected by it: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

    Hello,
i’ve deactivated all plugins und switch to standard theme twenty-twenty. Only event-plugins and rank math-plugin are active. Same error!
if i deactivate Rank Math, all is ok.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Sensitive Data is saved.

You can reproduce the error here:

wp-admin -> “Veranstaltungen” -> open an event -> click on “configure virtual veranstaltung”

    Hello,

When we enable the option to use the Gutenberg Editor with the events instead of the Classic Editor the functionality is working fine.

We would recommend that you get in touch with the plugin developers and ask if they are loading dependencies related to Gutenberg when the page is using the Classic Editor.

This seems a similar issue to the one from FontAwesome that they fixed recently: https://github.com/FortAwesome/wordpress-fontawesome/compare/4.0.2…4.0.3-rc1

Hope this helps clarify your doubts and solve your issues.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
