With RankMath plugin active we cant save posts when on the backend of a post, the save button is not clickable. When plugin is deactivated it works as intended.

  • Hi There,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

This is quite odd as I logged and I can’t seem to replicate the issue. I was able to add an extra bonus just fine.

Kindly confirm, I’m I missing something or were you able to resolve the issue.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Try it now.

The reason it worked when you tried was that i had experimented earlier and removed the file jquery.validate.min.js file from the rank math plugin, seems to work when after removing that. I simply forgot to restore it.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

It’s possible that there is a Jquery conflict which is causing this issue. For now, I would recommend that you work without the RankMath’s jquery.validate.min.js file.

I have notified the dev team on this and hopefully, we will have a solution for the same soon.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

Could you please regenerate the access token so we can further debug this issue?

I regenerate the access token upon you request.

    Hello,

    Thank you for providing access.

I see an error in the console after publishing a new Bonus post but it’s not preventing the post from updating. The Save button is clickable. Please check the recording I added in the Sensitive Data Section. Can you please confirm?

The error is probably due to the conflict with the validate js which Toolset is using. I’ve forwarded this issue to our Development team, they will further debug the issue and release an update if needed.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I was able to reproduce this issue on my site. The Toolset plugin developer is prefixing the 3rd party validation js script handler which is causing problem. As per the WordPress guidelines, 3rd party scripts handler should not be prefixed to prevent it from loading twice. Please contact the Toolset plugin developer and ask them to use validate as script handler instead of wptoolset-form-jquery-validation.

For now, you can replace ‘wptoolset-form-jquery-validation’ to ‘validate’ in plugins/wp-views/toolset/toolset-common/toolset-forms/classes/class-validation.php & plugins/wp-views/toolset/toolset-common/inc/toolset.assets.manager.class.php.

    That should fix the issue.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if there is anything else.

    Thank you.
