We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hi Guys,
    Any updates yet?

    Thanks

    Hello,

I have just tested it on your website

    – About the first one, I haven’t been able to replicate it. I was able to edit the Gallery page in Elementor with no freezes.

    – About the second issue. The cache exceptions for the sitemap were added in the wrong field, so I changed it to the right one. After that, it is working fine for me. Be sure to just add the URL https://yourwebsite.com/sitemap_index.xml to the Google Search Console.

    – About the third issue, it seems you had one plugin causing conflict with Rank Math since both of them were trying to add the metadata information to the pages. It was “Dublin Core Metadata Generator”. After disabling it, Rank Math is able to display in your page the right metadata, so in a few days Google should update with the right meta descriptions.

    Looking forward to help you.
