Conflict with Buddyboss Platform plugin

    After I activated the Rank Math plugin, the site went down and displayed the error: “This site is experiencing technical difficulties.” Then WordPress sent me an error email that there was an issue with the Buddyboss Platform plugin. Once I deactivated Rank Math, the website returned to normal. I shared my error log from the host of my website (rebeccalowe.physio/ompt). Can you look into and help resolve this conflict?

    Hello,

    Is it possible that the conflict exists between the Rank Math plugin and the buddypress-learndash plugin?

    Kindly try deactivating the plugin as well and let me know how it goes.

    If you’re referring to the Buddyboss Platform plugin, yes there is a conflict with Rank Math. If I deactivate Buddyboss Platform, but leave Rank Math activated the website works, and vice versa.

    Hey,

    We have fixed the BuddyPress bug a couple of days ago. Can you please update to the latest version and check if that fixes your issues?

    If not, please revert back to us so we can take another look.

    current plugins, but get this error on home page as soon as I activate buddyboss or rankmath turning off either one removes the error, currently, bb is off

    The login link is not working.

    Please locate this folder on your installation:
    plugins/buddyboss-platform/bp-core/compatibility/

    Replace this file:
    bp-rankmath-plugin-helpers.php

    With this one: https://i.rankmath.com/HXuGku

    That should fix the issue.
