Conflict between Rank Math and Kadence Blocks

#297720
  • Hello,

I’m trying to build some custom affiliate product boxes with Kadence blocks, and I have had some difficulties in doing it for some days now. It looks like it has a conflict with Rank Math. I tried disabling my plugins one by one to find the culprit, and that was Rank Math. When I disable it everything works fine. I have attached some pictures to see what’s the issue. Hopefully, you can help me with this. I need Rank Mat and I want to still be able to use it.

    Thank you!

  • Hello,

Thank you for bringing this Kadence Blocks and Rank Math compatibility issue to our attention.

We need to replicate the issue on our setup. Please may you share the URL of the page shown in the screenshot you shared, as well as which specific blocks you were trying to use. You can also share a screen recording using a service like loom.com, or more screenshots. Any additional information you can share would be helpful.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

I’m writing again because my previous message somehow got deleted.

First, thank you for taking the time to answer and help me with my problem.

I have sent you a video, for now, because the page I’m working on is not live, it’s just a draft, but if you still need it, just let me know and I’ll make it live for you.

What I have noticed is that the issue occurs only when I insert custom HTML. The first box is not affected after activating Rank Math, as you can see in the video, that’s because I’m using a normal picture, not HTML.

    Looking forward to your answer.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

I was unable to replicate the issue using html blocks on my setup. Please select all the content on your page and save as reusable block templates and export them. The following tutorial will show how: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-export-your-gutenberg-blocks-to-use-on-other-sites/. The interface used in the tutorial is slightly older so you may refer to this screen recording if you get lost:
    https://i.rankmath.com/Sp0XFU

You may then share the json file with a service like wetransfer.com. Once I get the files I will be able to replicate the issue on my own setup.

    Looking forward to helping you.
