Configure contact and about page

    Hi there!

    I have recently moved from Yoast to Rank Math and I’m finishing the configuration. I was trining to configure the contact and the about pages in the local SEO section.

    Our webpage have pages and portfolios (a different type of pages created by our theme) and the contact and the about pages are portfolio type. When I search these sections into the Rank Math Local SEO configuration, it only shows me pages but not portfolios so I can’t configure these sections. Is it possible to configure portfolios as a contact or about pages? Maybe directly on the database?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Currently, the About and Contact page options only support actual pages and not CPTs.

    Directly modifying the database might corrupt the entry and, may result in further issues, since the entry is serialized and in JSON format.

    However, we are continually working on improving our plugin and introducing new features, I’ll forward this to our internal suggestions lists. If your suggestions are something that we’re able to introduce, I’ll be sure to let you know.
