Compatibility with WP Recipe Maker

    Hey there,

    We’ve been setting up a site (our first time using RankMath instead of Yoast).

    It’s got a recipe plugin called WP Recipe Maker. and since converting the recipes from plain text to gutenberg recipes using WP recipe maker, the post scores have dropped way down. As though Rank Math isn’t crawling any of the content from that module.

    Has anyone else had this? We’re unsure what to do, the Rank math rating is super helpful, but the module adds all the formatting and schema we need.

    Any support would be much appreciated, thank you!

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Since WP Recipe Maker is already using its own schema and you want to use it, you could change the Rank Math schema to the Article Schema in your recipe post. I have attached a screencast so you can see how to do it: https://i.rankmath.com/bt0phr

    We have not had issues with low scores while using the Rank math + WP Recipe Maker. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
