  • Hello, I have a multisite, and the Broadcast plugin is installed, when using it, an error occurs in transferring the permalink to the product, from the parent site to the child site, support for the Broadcast plugin promises to see the reason – wrote to you in a letter after which you said to submit an application for support and it seemed like the problem was solved, but to fix it I needed to restore the site from scratch, in the process of uploading the product to the site, a new critical error appeared, when using the Broadcast plugin I copy from site A to Site B products with the Rank Math plugin enabled, the product doubles, but with the disabled plugin everything works correctly.
    I like your powerful plugin and I was thinking about buying a pro version, but now I do not know how to fix the error that occurred. Help me please?

    Could you please also share from which site you are copying the products? Please walk us through how you copy the products to that site.

    We will need to troubleshoot the issue on your site. Since it’s a live site, it will be helpful if you can create a staging site and provide us the login details so we can check without affecting your live site. You can use a plugin like WP Staging to create a staging site.

    We have tried replicating this issue, but it seems that there are some steps that we can’t achieve.

    1. In the first part of your video, it seems that you have imported a CSV file. Could you please confirm if those are products or if it’s needed to replicate this issue?

    2. When we also marked the products under askona site and selected Send To Many, the product page just reloads. But in your video, it showed a list of your site. I believe that’s also the issue when I go to Broadcast > Queue, and it is showing empty.

    Sorry for not following up quickly and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. I am trying to reproduce this issue on my setup, but the plugin is not working. It looks like it requires a valid license.

    Can you please add your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section so we can debug this issue by editing some plugin files? Also, would it be ok to remove the products on 1 of your child site?

    Please check the screencast I added in the Sensitive Data Section. The Broadcasting seems to be working fine on your site now. Can you please confirm?

    I only cleared cache and updated the Permalink Settings in main and child sites.

    Hello, you misunderstood me, and updating the links will not help here, I loaded the products with a regular export, and with the all import plugin, now I checked everything as before, the result is a duplication of the product, when the Rank Math plugin is turned off, everything works fine!

    You need to delete products on both sites, and then re-upload them using the standard product import and broadcast-Queue-Products-Send to many, use the prepared file dmmebel-test.csv
