Compatibility with Current Wordpress Version - Support

I had an issue loading one of my sites. Here is the message I received from my host. “FYI, the plugin seo-by-rank-math is causing issue and it’s because of compatibility with the current wordpress version, you can check the same with your website developer or plugin support and they can assist you further on this issue.
If you are not using this plugin , you can remove the same from its admin area”

The host deactivated Rank math, and now my site is loading. Please advise.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

I am not sure what you mean by you checked the site. As soon as I activate Rank Math SEO plugin, the site goes into a redirect loop, and is unable to load. The plugin remains deactivated otherwise people can’t visit my site. Please be more thorough. I have waited for several days, Joseph. Did you activate the plugin and then try to lad the site? That is the problem. If you can’t figure it out, then please leave the plugin deactivated so that my site can load. Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

One of the redirectons that you have under the redirections module is redirecting to the same page(homepage).
Trashing this redirection seems to have fixed the redirection loop. Please check this from your end and let me know if everything is now working as expected.
