I forwarded the links but still haven’t gotten a reply. Yoast was not getting these errors when using seo. We started getting these problems after we switched to Rank Math.

I checked your site with Google rich results test tool: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results?id=o5URJZB_N7YA_F4dag1fvg and the schema showing an the error is not being generated by Rank math.
How are you adding the rating schema to your pages?
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
