Class-image.php error while searching

  • Hello,

I get the following error while searching throught the search form (full path in private + image->”prob1″):
    /public_html/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/opengraph/class-image.php on line 518

Deactivaed all the plugins, turns out RankMath is causing this.

    Any solutions?

    Thank you,

  • Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

We are checking this and we will be in touch shortly.

    Hello,

Thank you for providing the access.

It looks like one of the 26 plugins active on your site is conflicting with Rank Math.

I checked with the Health Check plugin, the Search Page works fine when WooCommerce, Rank Math, and Woodmart child theme are active.

To determine that, can you please follow this troubleshooting guide?
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Do let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

I’ve recieved an email from you guys:

Looks like an issue with woocommerce_email_cuztomizer_with_drag_and_drop_builder plugin.

    Cheers!

I’ve disabled this plugin, enabled RankMath and it still shows an error if i search anything through the search bar:

Notice: Array to string conversion in /home/humkosho/public_html/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/opengraph/class-image.php on line 518

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

I’ve been able to narrow down the conflict to WooCommerce Show Variations plugin.
This has been submitted to our dev team for closer investigation and I can suggest that you reach out to the author of this plugin too so that they can also check this from their end.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for the notice. I have contacted the authour (Code Incept) about this.
Please let me know if your dev team comes up with something – and i will do the same if the plugin author replies – i really don’t want to go back to Yoast.

    Hi Uros,

We will take a closer look as well.

Please let us know what the Code Incept team says about the issue.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

It has been 12 days since i wrote to Codeincept. I have send them another email today regarding the problem. Have you take a look as well ?

    Hello,

We have disabled the WP Debug mode on your website and you should no longer see that notice.

If there are any noticeable issues, please do not hesitate to get back to us.

That is definitely not a correct solution – the error needs to be fixed.

    Hello,

You shouldn’t worry for it, since notice are just advice, they are not even warnings and they are something you don’t even need to see it usually.

You can read about it here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4624474/php-difference-between-notice-and-warning

    Looking forward to help you.
