Please note that the step mentioned above is only one of the steps to try and if you cannot make that work, please try all the other methods, including changing the sitemap name as indicated in the last point.

Besides all that, your sitemap is not returning any content when Googlebot is accessing it:

It seems that you have some sort of blockage on your website for the Googlebot so we recommend checking your firewall and making sure that it’s accessible to Google for crawling.

Last but not least, please refrain from posting multiple times as that takes the ticket to the bottom of the queue and slows the response process from our team.
