Once done, clear your website cache, remove all the sitemaps from the Search Console and submit only sitemap_index.xml again, then, wait for Google to recrawl the sitemap.

I done with method 1 (via plugin)
And cleared WP rocket cache & remove sitemap and again submit.
Now, around 40 minutes, Same issue

All of your 4 sitemap URL variations doesn’t redirect to a final variation as you can see in my screenshot below:
Please follow this guide and redirect to a final variation:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-5-4-redirect-all-three-other-versions-to-your-preferred-variation
Once done, clear your website cache and try submitting your sitemap to your Google Search Console again. See if this resolves the issue.

I followed all your steps and everything but can please tell me how to 301 redirect sitemap (child sitemap)?
Ex- you send me image 200 & you said for 301
And Even on Rankmath sitemap is also same 200 (you can see by entering on same url)?
How do I redirect from 200 to 301?

All sitemaps URL variations should be redirected to only one variation.
Depending on your server, there’s a different way of setting this up. Kindly refer to the guides below:
Nginx: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-redirect-www-to-non-www-with-nginx-on-centos-7
Apache: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/cpanel/how-to-redirect-non-www-urls-to-www
If you still aren’t sure about this, I would suggest asking your hosting provider to configure this for you as they are in the best position to do it.

The guides shared by my colleague can be followed to redirect the variations of the sitemap to the preferred variation.
If you’re unsure, please reach out to your web host as they would be in a better position to assist you.
Once done, flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

And clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if that helps.

Please note that the general redirect rules applied to the rest of your website are not working on your sitemaps. You can check by visiting any of the versions below:
http://www.bestgasstoves.in/sitemap_index.xml
http://bestgasstoves.in/sitemap_index.xml
https://bestgasstoves.in/sitemap_index.xml
https://www.bestgasstoves.in/sitemap_index.xml
To fix this you will need to apply another redirect rule for sitemaps. Please follow the guide linked in the previous reply. You can ask your host for help.
Once the redirect is working, delete all the sitemaps from your GSC and submit only the sitemap_index.xml link.
