Hi team,
I have been charged twice on 2 email accounts. When I tried to purchase using “a*******@g********”, the payment went through, but on the final page, it said- we cannot charge this account. We respect your business. Please contact us to buy RankMath” It was something like this. I used PayPal. So I was under the impression that the payment had not gone through.
Then I used my other email address”a****@a***********”, and again used PayPal, but this time Payment went through.
Now I check my bank statement, there are 2 charges. Please refund me the first one. However, the PayPal dashboard only shows 1 charge, which is the latter one.
Please help.
