Charged though subscription cancelled

    Dear Madam or Sir,
    we have cancelled our paid subscription quite shortly before Nov 25, 2023, when it would have become due again. Nevertheless, we have been charged via Fastpring. There has no invoice been generated by RankMath whatsoever, we only have that FastSpring charge on our credit card with perfectly the date and amount RankMath would have charged, had we continued our subscription. Could you please check that and organise a refund when you have successfully checked the case?

    We don’t see any charge in your account. Your subscription was canceled on Nov 25, 2023. Please share the last 4 digits of your card in the sensitive data section so we can locate the transaction.
