    I should have been warned about the renewal, I do not want to use Rank math anymore, I need a refund on this purchase or at least I need to know how to stop recurrent payments

    Please note that we do send you an email notice 7 days before the renewal and since your purchase is from another email address, you may have missed it.

    Please share the email address you used to purchase the subscription because this very account you used to create the ticket doesn’t have any subscription.
