Charged but only given free version

    Hello.

    I paid for rank math in October, but it has been running as a “free” version for several months (I’ve been very sick so haven’t been able to check the site and didn’t notice until now). I’d like a refund for the charges to my card (charged October 18 for $77.18 USD).

    Although my RankMath account doesn’t show this charge or subscription, I can demonstrate a screenshot of the charge.

    If this is not resolved I will open a dispute with my credit card provider.
