Hi, I need to change the structure of the parmalinks for 200 pages and use the redirect from Rank Math. Is there a way to do this for multiple pages at the same time?

I need to change these changes in the permalink structure for 200 pages:

    from: /graffiti-auftrag-%category%/%postname%
    to: /%postname%/

    Best regards
    Joerg

  • Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing.

To change the permalink structure for multiple pages at once using Rank Math’s redirect feature, you can set up redirections for all posts, pages, taxonomies, and CPTs simultaneously. This ensures that any attempts to access old URLs are automatically redirected to the new address.

Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Redirections.
      Navigate to Redirections

    2. In the Redirections Manager, click the Add New button to add a new redirection.
Add new redirection in Rank Math

By setting up these redirections in Rank Math, you can ensure that all your pages with the old permalink structure are automatically redirected to the new URLs. This helps in maintaining website traffic and SEO rankings.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.

You can use the following regex redirection on your website and see if that works for you:

    Source: graffiti-auftrag-(.*)/(.*)
    Match: regex
    Destination: /$2

Here’s how you can set a regex redirection on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-regex-redirects/

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hey,
Thanks for the answer – where do I enter this code?

    Source: graffiti-auftrag-(.*)/(.*)
    Match: regex
    Destination: /$2

I then redirect all urls from:
    /graffiti-auftrag-%category%/%postname%

    to:
    /%postname%

    Regards

You can follow the previous reply we have sent above on how to create redirection.

Then, the redirection you will create should look like this, and hit the save button
