I couldn’t find the sitemap for the site URL you provide. The sitemap URL is automatically generated by Rank math and it would be recommended not to change it. May be if we understood better what you really expected we might be able to help you.

I want to change sitemap_index.xml to something else to prevent competitor to check posts. Like the website techjunkie.com which is made on wordpress platform and they are hiding or may be changed the sitemap.xml file to something else. How can i do the same? Please let me know the process. I also searched it on google but not find any solution.

It is not possible to do.
Moreover, if you hide it from visitors – you have to hide it from Google as well.
If Google can find your content, so can anyone else.
