Changes Don’t Save. I Can’t Add Keywords

    Hello,

    I can’t seem to change anything on the page sidebar including title, keywords, meta description, etc. When I click “update” and go back to the page, all the information is gone.

    What I tried
    – Disabling all plugins except Rank Math
    – Resetting Rank Math
    – Clearing the caching plugins and my host’s cache
    – Disabling Cloudflare on my site
    – Tried different keywords
    – Tried different pages

    Let me know if you need any more info.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    I have 3 sites using WordPress and Rank Math plugin, but the other two are fine. I can change title, meta description, etc.

    However, on the site contact360.ca that we are developing right now, I am unable to add keywords on pages. You can try logging in and testing it. When I saved the keywords on the site “page”, it could NOT saved and the page was not responding.

    Hello,

    It looks like something is blocking access to the file that Rank Math uses to update the meta like the focus keyword, title, and meta description:

    If you have a firewall in place blocking access to that file. Digging in further, that is done by GoDaddy’s Firewall:

    Please ask your web host to disable the firewall on that URL or ask them to at least whitelisting your own IP.
