I was able to login into your WordPress admin area and upon inspecting, I found that you’re not using the latest versions of many plugins including Rank Math. Please see the screenshot available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Please update Rank Math to its latest version and see if the issue still exists.

This issue is happening due to some restrictions on your firewall. The route used to save these sort of settings is getting blocked when being accessed by someone other than the administrator.
Check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for the URL of that route and the error message from your firewall.
You need to make sure that the route is whitelisted even for authors, otherwise, they won’t be able to save those settings.
