When I’m editing my pages SEO and save it, Everything looks good. But when I refresh the page I find that nothing is being saved. I’ve completed the troubleshooting test that you recommend in a similar question but nothing works.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

There are some inherent issues on your website due to which the changes you make in Rank Math are not saved:
Could you please get in touch with your web host and ask them to enable the REST APIs on your server?
Not only Rank Math, but these REST APIs are also needed by many other WordPress themes and plugins as well.
