    Hi, I honestly don’t find this bot answer useful. I believe your customers are mainly developers, and the solution provided is too obvious.

    Of course I tried that, bit still not working.

    Also, what if I want someone else to update the payment method? Will he need to type my email, ask me to check my email so that then he can update the payment details?
    I mean, is there anyway he can access my account to update the payment details without bothering me?

    This account never had any subscription so it doesn’t have any payment method associated with it that can be changed.

    Did you make any purchases on our website with another account? If you did and want to change the payment method on that account you need to use the email address used for the purchase.

    If you haven’t made a purchase yet with any account, you can just head over to our pricing page, select the package you want and proceed to checkout.
