Change email

  • Hello,

    I’m having difficulty changing the email on the profile. I input all the fields as required, but the site gives me an error mssg that i need to input all the fields.

    For my website, I wanted to change rank math account email. how would I do it? please help me.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    You have to head over to the Rank Math website, create a new account using the new email address and then activate this account on your website.

    You will need to deactivate the current account via Rank Math > Dashboard > Help tab.

    Rank Math > Dashboard > Help tab > Deactivate License
    I followed the above same. But After deactivating the account/license and again I activated. After that, there was no option to create new. It was showing the previous email only. Please explain how to create a new account, after Deactivate License of license.

    You need to create the new account from the Rank Math website: https://rankmath.com/ and then you will receive a username and password combination in the confirmation email that you will then use on your WP site to activate the account.
