Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please confirm if you are referring to the reports coming from our Index Status tab in the Analytics module?
We checked the affected URL and it seems to be currently indexed on the SERP.
Please refer to this guide for initial troubleshooting: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
If the issue persists, you may let us know.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello, this information is coming from the Index Status tab within the Analytics Dashboard.
Hello, I attempted to follow the troubleshooting instructions provided in the link. However, the ‘Analytics Database’ option to ‘Delete Data’ and then ‘Update manually’ is not available to me under the Analytics tab in the General settings area.
Please assist in this process.
Hello,
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.

In this case, kindly share your admin login as instructed here so we can troubleshoot the issue further.

Hello,
We deeply apologize for the delay in response.
I logged into your site, and was unable to go through the further troubleshooting steps as I was unable to install Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
However, initially I’m suspecting that it might be your menu toggle plugin who is responsible for this issue.
In this case, I would like to suggest you to go though the troubleshooting steps mentioned here to find out the culprit or you may also try deactivating the menu toggle plugin to see if that resolves the issue for you.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I am reaching out to my hosting as I can not install plugins as well. I will report back my findings.

This is what my hosting platform is seeing on their end. I am not sure why they are not seeing a Google account connected. It should be: p****************@g********
Their response is as follows:
I was checking with our webmaster since he was the one who actually created the menu toggle plugin that was mentioned as a custom plugin for us.
He says there is definitely not any conflict between the two.
He did however suggest that the issue might be that that particular function of Rank Math may not be supported by WordPress Multisite which is the version of wordpress we use.
Could you check with them on that?
Also I still don’t see ant Google account connected to Rank Math which was my other theory.
Are you able to connect your account?
Hello,
Please elevate the access to the admin level so we can access some of the settings pages of the admin dashboard.
Also, the correct way to use our plugin on a multisite setup is to install it on the network but only activate it on specific subsites.
If you have activated it on the network, please deactivate it on the network and then activate it on the subsites.
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
My hosting platform may not allow elevated admin access to the site. Can you provide detailed instructions so they would be to fulfill this process? Thanks so much
