    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    After disabling the Strip Category Base, please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click save changes without making any changes. This will flush out any old permalink settings.

    If that doesn’t work, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please add your WordPress admin login details to the sensitive data area.
