To confirm, please disable Rank Math temporarily. Then, check if the redirect is still happening.
If yes, then it is not caused by Rank Math.
This “issue” is likely because WordPress is responsible for redirecting URLs to the closely relevant pages on your website when the target doesn’t exist.

I have tried access to this page https://law-dz.net/قانون-العقوبات/ and it gets redirected no matter where I try it. Could you please for confirm this pge exists as published on your end.
Regarding the issue with 404, I have googled the URL and tested the option to add it in browser and none gets a 404 page from my end.

I have copied it from the control panel Google Search Console and this link is indexed when opened from Google Search Console it opens normally, but when you copy and paste it in the browser it appears to me that a page does not exist
Likewise, after checking Google Search Console, I found that some of the classifications were crawled by Google, but they were not indexed and came in the pages or excluded categories category. I don’t know the reason, and this is an example of that.

Please update to the latest Beta version by following this tutorial:
https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates
That should fix the issue for you.
The final version will be released in a few weeks and you will see a notification in your dashboard when an update comes.
