    I have enabled strip category base and new url is only working sometime. It is not working always. Please help

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    From the settings on your site, this feature is only enabled on product categories and from my tests, I cannot seem to replicate this behavior. The strip category base option works when creating new categories and when viewing the current product categories.
    Could you please walk me through the steps that you are taking to reproduce this so that we can check this further?

    You just have to click on the menu item, click any category URL, it will redirect you to homepage.

    It works correctly most of the time but it stop working at random. Like it’s not working now.

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    I am afraid that all the category links work as expected on my end.
    I have also noted that you have an active regex redirection on your homepage to redirect categories which might be affecting this feature. I would suggest that you either disable the strip category option or deactivate the redirection since both achieve the same objective.

    I didn’t enable the regex redirection. I thought strip category base option created it. I’ll delete that redirection and monitor the behaviour.
