    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    done.

    Hello,

Since your category_sitemap.xml URL is still not loading but your settings are fine, it seems it is an issue with your NGINX server.

You should add the following code to your NGINX configuration file (or I recommend you to ask your hosting support to do it for you):

     # START Nginx Rewrites for Rank Math Sitemaps
     rewrite ^/sitemap_index.xml$ /index.php?sitemap=1 last;
     rewrite ^/([^/]+?)-sitemap([0-9]+)?.xml$ /index.php?sitemap=$1&sitemap_n=$2 last;
     # END Nginx Rewrites for Rank Math Sitemaps

After that you should save your permalinks by going to the WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and hitting the Save button and your issue should be solved. If not, just let us know and we will continue helping you.

    Looking forward to help you.

I have answer from my hoster:

You can test these two Rewrite RUles yourself by setting them as forwarding rules in the BOX
If you want to create server-side redirects or rewrite rules, you can do this directly in the settings of your BOX. You only have to rewrite the regex from the rewrite rule in source and destination.
Ask Rank Math, if they can help you with this, because they know the effect of their rules best.

I have no idea, which should be target source and destination.

    Hello,

It seems they are telling you to add that code by yourself in your hosting control panel. If you want, we can try it, but you will need to share in the Sensitive Data section your hosting credentials so we can log in there and try to configure them.

    Looking forward to help you.

    I have renewed the login.

Please, solve this issue with the Nginx-Server. Its impossible to keep being busy with the same problem. Even I have 4 websites on that server! The new token should be working. Let me know.

    Thank you,
    Daniela

    Hello,

I am sorry, the credentials I was talking about are the ones to access the hosting (where the websites are installed) since we will need to modify the settings your hosting support told you.

    Looking forward to help you.

Ok. I Understand. You got an e-mail from raidboxes with the asked credentials.

Please send me a protocol of the changes that have been made.

    Thank you,
    Daniela

    Hello,

I have noticed something weird with the category sitemap.

It appears to be Generated by All in One SEO Pack, please check the screenshot attached in the sensitive section.

It may seem you are serving Google a cached version of your sitemap, which may be likely the issue. If this is the plugin you were using previously, could you please your site cache and server cache if any.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi,

yes, I have used the plugin All in Seo – but this is a very long time ago! I wasn´t happy with in, thats why I changed it.

How and where do I cache the site and server? I thought, this is done already.

    Thank you
    Daniela

    Hello,

I cleared your cache and resaved your permalinks and the sitemaps are now showing fine, including the category sitemap (check screenshot in sensitive section). The tag sitemap is showing 404 because it is disabled in Rank math > Sitemap >Tags. You should enable it and make sure you have some tags for it to show.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
