  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Do you have product categories assigned to this product?

If so, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If this doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hi,

As you can see in the image, I had selected a category for this product (and all the product of the shop).

    Hello,

I have checked the site but it doesn’t seem to be using the Rank Math breadcrumbs (as you can see in the screenshot I added in the Sensitive Data section).

That is why they are not showing even when you selected them. You might find this thread useful: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/how-to-enable-breadcrumbs/

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

As you can see in the screenshot, the breadcrumbs are activated and the category option too (and I still don’t see the category in the product’s breadcrumb.

    Hello,

After further investigation I was able to root down the issue to the Permalink Manager Pro plugin. I looked into the settings and you had enabled the option to filter breadcrumbs in the plugin to reflect the current filtered URL, check the screenshot I have added in the sensitive section. I unchecked this option and the breadcrumbs show categories now as expected. Please confirm this.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
