The noindex tag doesn’t seem to be coming from Rank math.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hi Michael, wordpress core, all plugins and theme is updated. does not detect any errors or conflicts.
When I disable RankMath Plugin the tag “noindex” disappears. So I think somehow the label is introduced by “RankMath”.
This installation previously had YOAST, we ran the rank math importer to extract all the settings.
The theme we use is ENFOLD. This theme is updated
HealthCheck plugin does not show or detect any incompatibilities.
