Cant use my AI credits

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    I checked your account and the credits are properly added to it. However, no website is connected to your account.

    In order to use the credits, the website must be connected to the same Rank Math account (with the same email address using which the credits are purchased).

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account with the email address in the sensitive data section of this ticket and see if that updates the credits on the website.​
