I tried checking for conflict using the Health Check plugin but its not working properly on your website.
As the Health Check plugin is not working, we’ll have to manually disable the plugins to check the issue.
Alternatively, you can create a staging website and replicate the issue there and share its logins so that we can perform the troubleshooting there and your live website doesn’t get affected by the troubleshooting.

It seems the issue persists, even though only Rank Math and the default theme are activated.
Please get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
See if the issue goes away after adjusting the PHP values.
If the issue persists, we would like to further troubleshoot this. For us to proceed, can you please share the staging site’s FTP?

After investigating further I found that Rank Math Rest routes like “/wp-json/rankmath/v1/saveModule” are being blocked.
Please may you temporarily disable modSecurity to see if that allows Rank Math to update settings. If it works you will need to add exceptions to your firewall for Rank Math path.
