I have followed all the steps but still, it is showing the same issue.
Whenever I update the meta tags it redirects back.

Yes it is updated to the latest version v1.0.39.1 from the beginning. It is still showing the same issue.
I’m unable to edit seo title and meta description of post. When I try to type words, It get automatically erased and back to default.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Cannot generate temporary login. It shows new login generated still the section is empty.

Generating temporary login usually has no issues. It seems there really is a conflict that needs to be checked on your site. You can choose to create new user logins for us and share the credentials in the sensitive data section. It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section.
