Can´t see any analytics since oct. 21

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button:

    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’

    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    This process may take some time. The usual time required to populate the data in the Analytics Dashboard is below 20 minutes, but the time may vary depending upon your server’s speed.

    Once done, and you still can’t see the data, check if there is a pending Scheduled Action.

    To do so, kindly navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending > Select the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch and press run.

    Please wait for the data fetch to complete.
