Please make sure that the current payment method you have supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

All of the above is ok. I don’t think the issue is on my end. I just tried again paying with paypal and now I’m redirected to a 404 page. I think you got some issues with your paypal integration.
