*same issue. When I go to Rank Math > Dashboard > – I receive error message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
I just updated to the new version – 1.0.36.1
**edit – I had to log out of WordPress, then log back in, then click RankMath where it redirected me to connect my account. It looks like everything is good.

Could you please delete the plugin and then reinstall this afresh? Next, try to access the same page from an incognito window on your browser.
