Can't login to rankmath in plugin

  • I registered for an account on the website by using “continue with google”, however there is no option to “sign in with google” on the plugin. This wouldn’t be an issue if i knew the password but because i created my account with “continue with google” i never created one. So I have no way to login to rankmath in my plugin.

  • Once you sign in with Google or Facebook. The signup page clearly says that login details are sent to your email address.

    Once you open the email from RankMath it includes your username and password.

    I have had the same problem / situation and never received my login details. I tried about four times. I checked spam and firewall.

    I have been able to send a new password again but didn’t receive anything in my inbox. I checked all spam filters and firewall – nothing..

    Seems like your email server was rejecting the emails from us.

    I just resent the original login email and it seems to be delivered.
