Can’t Index Sitemap

I am not sure why i can’t set my product category from noindex to index.

Under product category >> advanced, I tick on the “Index” >> https://prnt.sc/qdcqw6

However, once I update it, it is still not showing index. >> https://prnt.sc/qdcrd5

Even if i try to turn on sitemap for product category and try again (it still show the issue) >> https://prnt.sc/qdcrop

What could be the issue?

We just did an update to solve the issue on the metadata not saving on category pages. Kindly update to the latest version and let me know if the issue persists.
