  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Do you still have Yoast installed? Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Please let us know if you find the culprit else we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I enabled Yoast and then I went to the import screen in Rank Math and the plugin appeared and I was able to import its content, could you check it?

    Looking forward to help you.

The problem still is that when I clicked Import, nothing happened after that. Previously I can see the process to be Imported but currently not. Please check back for me.

    Hello,

I was able to replicate your issue in your site, even with just Rank Math enabled and the default theme, so I have sent this to the devs so they can check it and maybe provide you with a fix.

    Looking forward to help you.

My problem is fixed or not, I don’t see the response
    Thanks

    No one helped me ?

    Hello,

We are so sorry but the login link you provided does not work.

Could you please extend the login time or share a new login URL with us so we can check?

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi Tri,

    Thanks for the updated link.

We see that it is an issue with 1.0.46 version of Rank Math. We are going to be fixing it and releasing an update with a fix.

For now, I have rolled back to 1.0.45, did the import, and then updated back to 1.0.46. It is working fine now. Could you please check from your end?

I installed version 1.0.44 but Yoast’s keywords and descriptions have not been updated in the article. It still requires me to update manually 🙁

    Hello,

I checked your site and you seem to have Yoast active. Your posts seem to be missing the focus keyword even in Yoast. Please check and let us know.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Hope you are doing well.

We released a quick Beta update you can try to see if that helps.

Please enable the Beta update by following this:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates
    https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Rank-Math-Beta-Testing.jpg

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database Tools >> Remove Rank Math Transients >> Remove transients
    https://i.rankmath.com/Pbu5J6

Please clear the caches from the server and WordPress after updating.

You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and the issue is fixed.

Hope that helps and appreciate your patience. Thank you.
