Can’t Connect to Content from AI from site

    I can’t get content AI to work on my site. I have an active subscription and it is connected to my site, but I’m still getting an error. I’ve followed your support page to try and resolve it, to no avail. Can you help me?

    To troubleshoot the problem, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the Rank Math account that you used to purchase Content AI credits.
    2. Check if the remaining credits are correct by visiting this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/. Ensure that the correct number of credits is displayed.

    If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please proceed with the following:

    1. In your WordPress admin area, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    2. Disconnect your Rank Math account.
      Disconnect
    3. Reconnect your Rank Math account.
      Reconnect
    4. Head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count again.
      Refresh Credits
