    Hi, I´ve installed your plugin & i´m trying to connect with google services but rankmath redirects me to the general options.

    Revoking the permission in Google and reconnected didn’t help.

    Same problem, The new Google Analytics 4 properties and views are not shown on the dashboard, only the OLD UA properties.

    My situation is resolved. When I was redirected to the General Options, I simply did not notice that all I had to do was make the appropriate choices under the “Search Console” and “Analytics” tabs. Once I made the appropriate changes, Rank Math starting to fetch my Google data.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please follow these steps:

    If you are not seeing any data inside your Analytics module, this guide might help you.

    A. Pre-check List
    1. You should not be using Google Analytics v4 or Matomo Analytics.

    2. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free & PRO

    3. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account:
    rank math member area

    4. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:

    <h2>B. Refresh Tokens</h2>
    1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:
    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
    remove rank math app

    2. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

    3. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that shows up:
    WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

    4. Let the process complete and it might take around 30 minutes.

    5. Now head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index for Analytics button.

    6. Please check if the data shows up here:

    If that does not help, please paste the data from here:
    WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index for Analytics button

    Ich habe auch das gleiche Problem! Wenn ich das Konto auswähle, werden die Eigenschaften und Ansicht nicht geladen und können nicht gespeichert werden. Das Analytic Konto von Google kann ich nicht verbinden!

    There is no way to select any properties with GA 4. How do we going to solve this?

    Hello,

    I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    GA4 is relatively a new product and is in Beta, & there could be data discrepancies if we were to integrate them into Rank Math. And the fact that their APIs are not yet fully ready for 3rd party integration, there is not much we can do.

    However, we will begin working on the integration as soon as they improve their V4 API.

    In the meantime, you can enable GA v3 by following this:
    create a property
    and then choose
    ga 3
